To select best chromatographic condition by trial and error, making changes in sorbent, developer, color-developing agent. After identification of the five main herbs in this capsule, we find well-separated integrants, clearly-spotted active principle and noninterference negative sample. Thus TLC identification of Radix Notoginseng, Radix Salvine Mittiorrhizae, Raix et Rhizoma Rhei, Rhizoma Corydis and Myrrha in this capsule is established, which can be used for the quality control of the drug.
