摘要
本文着重研究了磨料流加工工艺参数对针织机“三角”走针面表面粗糙度的影响。研究表明,在研磨介质确定的条件下,挤压压力、循环数等工艺参数的选择可在很大程度上影响工件被加工表面的粗糙度。本文通过实验及分析,确定了一组较为合理的工艺参数,在满足生产率的前提下,较大程度地降低了“三角”走针面的表面粗糙度值,从而获得了令人满意的加工效果。
In this paper, the influence of parameters used in extrudeabrasive flow machining process upon the surface roughness of racewayslot of cams, which are used in a knitting machine, has been resear-ched in detail. With a certain abrasive medium, the machining parame-ters, such as the extrude pressure and circulation times, are veryinfluential on the surface roughness of the workpieces. A group ofreasonable parameters are established through experiments. Duringthe machining, these parameters ensure marketable decrease of thesurface roughness of raceway slot of cams and meanwhile satisfactory machining efficiency.
