离子色谱法测定化妆品中的α-羟基酸 被引量:14

摘要 本文采用离子色谱法,选用盐酸淋洗液,氢氧化钠再生液,简便、有效地分离检测化妆品中的α-羟基酸:丙酮酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、乙醇酸及乳酸。测定方法的相关性好(r>0.9990),线性范围广,检出浓度低,精密度高(RSD%<0.5),样品加标回收率91.5-105.0%。同时对测定的酸度、共存非测定离子、相邻离子间等干扰因素进行研究,确保测定的准确性,结果令人满意。 An IC method was developed to easily and effectively seperate and determinate α-hydroxy acids in cosmetics including pyru- vic,tartaric,citric ,malic,glycalic and lactic.0.4mmol/L HCl was used as eluent and 5mmol/L NaOH as regenerant .In this method ,good relativity(r>0.9990),broad linearity range,low detection limit and good analytic precision (R.S.D%<0.5)were obtained .The aver- age recoveries rates were between 91.5%and 105.0%.Interferential factors such as acidity,coexist -ant non-determinating ions and neighbouring ions were also studied to ensure result's accuracy.It was showed that all results were satisfactory.
