幽门螺杆菌vacA基因多态性与慢性胃病 被引量：13

摘要 目前研究表明,幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌以及胃粘膜相关性淋巴样组织(MALT)淋巴瘤等疾病密切相关[1-4].尽管Hp是世界上流行较为广泛的慢性感染病原菌之一,但大多数Hp感染者无明显临床症状,只有少数出现慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡等临床表现,甚至发展为胃癌或胃MALT淋巴瘤,这可能与Hp的致病力有关[5-8].空泡毒素(VacA)是Hp产生的一种重要致病因子,能介导真核细胞空泡样变性[9-13].近年研究表明[3,14-20],Hp的vacA基因内存在不同的信号区(sh,s1b,s2)和中间区(m1,mla,m2),其多态性可能与致病力有关.我们采用PCR检测Hp的vacA基因多态性,分析vacA基因多态性特点及其与Hp相关性胃病的关系.
