摘要
目的:探讨T钢板在治疗Barton骨折中的应用价值。方法:采用T钢板内固定治疗Barton骨折15例。结果:经3～12月随访,15例均取得良好疗效。结论:T钢板内固定是治疗Barton骨折有效的方法,是预防桡腕关节并发症的积极措施。
Objective: To study the curing effect of T-TCP in the treatment of Barton fracture. Methods: 15 cases of Barton fracture were treated with T-TCP internal fixation. Results: All patients were followed up 3 ~ 12 monthes.and 15 cases had satisfactory caring effect. Conclusion: Internal fixation with T-TCP is an effective therapy to treat Barton fracture and it can prevent complications of radio-ulnar joint.
