摘要
近代摩托车用汽油机普遍采用顶置凸轮轴结构(OHC)和组合式气门弹簧。每个气门都配置两个旋向相反的圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧,减小了弹簧外形尺寸,获得了较平稳的弹簧特性,与气门惯性力曲线匹配得更合适。根据气门运动规律设计气门弹簧特性,按等强度原则设计组合式气门弹簧。
The overhead camshaft (OHC) and combination valve spring structure are in common use in modern motorcycle gasoline engine. Two cylindrical spiral comoression spring with opposite rotating directions are allocated to each valve. Thus the overall dimesion of the spring is reduced and comparatively stable spring performance is obtained. And it more appropriately matches the curve of the valve inertial force. The design of the valve spring performance should be in accordance with the valve movement pattern and the design of the combination valve spring shoud be in accordance with the equi—strength principle.
