摘要
论述了WTO下的国际反倾销制度概念,对各国反倾销制度进行了比较研究,并对当前国际反倾销制度的扩大化和成为贸易保护手段的趋势及对中国的影响进行了探讨。
This paper discusses the concept of international anti-dumping system under WTO, making comments on the variation of anti-dumping systems in different countries ,the growing trend of expanding international anti-dumping system as means of trade protection and its influence on China.
