摘要
以可重构制造单元为研究对象 ,以实现其可重组性为研究目标 ,提出了一种集成标准建模语言 UML和面向对象 Petri网的建模方法—— UML-OOPN。该方法同时具备了标准建模语言 UML和 Petri网的优点 ,不仅能够提供支持需求分析、模型描述和设计、模型分析和仿真、直至模型实现的一体化框架 。
Reconfigurable manufacturing system (RMS) is a new type of alterable manufacturing system, and it points out the trend of manufacturing in the future. Reconfigurable manufacturing cell (RMC) is the basic component of RMS, whose nature is reconfigurability, i.e. the ability of response to rapid market changes. Aims at the study of manufacturing system modeling this paper proposes an UML OOPN integrated modeling method and the method syncretizes the advantages of the unified mo deling language and Petri nets in order to realize the reconfigurability of RMC. The method not only provides an integrated framework supporting requirement analysis, model specification and design, model analysis and simulation, and model implementation, but also the model created from it has good reusability and expansibility.
