摘要
CJ50型摩托车支承悬梁受立脚支架冲击产生塑性弯曲变形。通过等截面与连续变化截面的悬梁端部挠度试验比较,采用连续变化截面凸轮筋的方法优于日本点焊挡条法,在工艺、技术、经济上收到显著效果。
Plastic bending deformation occours in the supporting cantilever of CJ50 motorcycle when it is impacted by the prop stand. Flexibility testing results on the equi-rated and vari- able rated cantilever end show that using variable-rated cantilever with supporting rib is bet- ter than Japanese's spot welding method and has obviously good result both technically and economically.
