摩托车制动管路橡胶密封件,长年浸泡在制动液中,机械强度与弹性就会降低,要求制动液对橡胶的溶胀率要小。为改善其抗蚀性,在制动液中要添加些防蚀剂。制动液沸点太低,局部高温蒸发,系统内会产生气阻,要求制动液的沸点要高、粘度适中,低温流动性要好。摩托车制动液分醇型制动液、矿油型制动液、合成型制动液三种。

So the mechanical strength and elasicity performance of them are reduced.That's why the expansion rate of the rubber seals Caused by the brake fluid is required to be very low.In order to enhance its anti—corrosion performance,anti—corrosion agent is added to the brake fluid.If the boiling point of the brake fluid is too low,air block will occur in the system be- cause of local high temperature evaporation.So the boiling point of the brake fluid must be high with moderate viscosity and good flowability at low temperature.There are three types of motorcycle brake fluids:alcoholic,mineral oil,and synthetic.
