影响摩托车百公里等速油耗及节油因素分析

摘要 百公里等速油耗的影响因素有七个:G_e 与 F_f 和 F_w 成正比;V>30km/h,F_w 成为 F 的主要成分;G_e 正比于 F 与 g_e;g_e 对应着发动机的 Ne、n;n 和负荷一定;g_e随 N_e 增大而降低。降低 G_e 的措施:降低 F;降低 m,降低 f。GB900摩托车加导流罩C_(WA)降低13.7%,骑乘人员俯身乘骑 C_(WA)可减少0.04(相差9%)。生建750摩托车发动机改进燃烧室 G_e 降低10%。影响η_m 的因素是传动机构、加工精度等,齿轮加工精度提高1~2级,η_m 提高2%左右。滑行距离越长,机械损失越少,η_m 越高。 There are 7 factors which influence the constant speed fuel consumption per 100 km; G_e and F_1 are directly propotional to F_;V>30km/h,F_becomes the main component of F; G_e is direvtly proportional to F and g_e;g_e is corresponding to N_e,n of engine;If n and the loak is fixed,G_e willdecrease with the increase of N_e;the method of reducing G_e;reduce F, m and f.After adding the fairing,CWA of 900 motorcycle reduces by 13.7%,if the rider bends his body,CWA will reduce by 4% (the differdnce is 9%);For the improved com- bustion chamber of the engine on Shengjian 750 motorcycle,the G_e value reduces by 10%. The factors influencing η_m are driving mechanism and machining accuracy.If the accuracy of gear improves by 1 to 2 degrees,η_m.will increase by 2%.The longer the coasting dis- tance,the less the mechnical loss and the higher the η_m is.
