摘要
对于变节距或变节径螺旋弹簧,当弹簧受外力压缩至有簧圈接触时,特性曲线变为非线性,刚度和自振频率为变值,既能承受高速度载荷,又可防振,这就满足了摩托车减震器使用性能要求,因而在减震器中得到大量应用。文章就变节距与变节径锥柱组合减震器的设计计算作一探讨。
when the variable pitch and nodal diameter helical spring is compressed by the external force to the extent that coils connect to each other,its characteristic curve becomes non—lin- ear.And its rigidity and natural frequency are variable.Not only can it bear the high speed load but also can absorb the shocks.Therefore it can meet the requirements for a motorcycle shock absorbor and is widely used in the shock absorbor.The following paper researches into the design and calculation for the cone and pillar combination shock absorbing spring with varable pitch and nodal diameter.
