肿瘤侵犯前颅底行前颅底 颅面切除术后 ,影响预后的有关因素主要有肿瘤恶性程度和组织学类型 ,肿瘤浸润范围 ,脑膜、脑侵犯、眶侵犯 ,切缘阳性等。
