摘要 本文针对影响刨花板家具角结构强度的几个因素进行了探讨。结果表明:角结构强度在一定范围内随刨花板的厚度、密度、含水率及平面抗拉强度、静曲强度的增加而有所增加,而板材的力学强度变异系数(COV)对角结构的强度及稳定性有更重要的影响。本试验中,以木质圆榫不可拆连接角结构抗(?)变形强度和偏心凸轮连接角结构抗破坏变形强度为最高,试验的综合结果表明,可拆型连接的角结构强度总是低于不可拆型连接的角结构;角结构承受拉载的能力明显低于承受压载的能力。这些结果为刨花板家具角结构的合理设计提供了依据。 In this paper, some factors affecting the strength of corner joint structure in particleboard furniture have been investigated. The results indicated that the strength of corner joints increased with the increase, of thickness, density, moisture content, MOR and IB of the board, and that the measure of coefficient of variability (COV) for MOR and IB of the board would play a more important role in the stability and strength of corner Structure in furniture. The strength of resistance of deflection in 1°of the corner structure jointed with butt-dowel and the rupture, strength of the corner structure jointed with screws and metalcassing-were higher than that of other types of joints. The test showed that the strength of corner structure under pressure and with detachable joints was lower than that with fixed joints. Therefore, the particleboard with low COV should be used in designing the corner structure of furniture and the joint structure under pulling load should be given a special attention.
