由妊娠滋养细胞分泌的一种生理性储铁蛋白的异构体 ,即胎盘异铁蛋白 (placental isoferritin,PL F) ,具有免疫抑制作用 ,对维持正常妊娠有着重要意义 ,如果产生和分泌不足 ,易导致流产、早产及新生儿低出生体重。 PL F与妊娠高血压综合征。

Placental isoferritin(PLF),physiologically an isomeride of iron storage protein, has been excreted by the gestational trophocyte of placenta.It has some immunosuppression action,and it is important in maintenance normal pregnancy. If PLF has been produced and excreted inadequactly,it would caused abortion,premature delivery and low birth weight.PLF is also correlate with pregnancy induced hypertension,ectopic pregnancy,gestational trophoblastic disease et al.
