摘要
研究了在 150 0℃的流动氮气中用工业纯铝粉、硅粉和氧化铝粉制备不同Z值 β Sialon相材料的氮化烧结技术。氮化后最终产物为 β Sialon ,其实际Z值接近配方Z值。高Z值试样残余少量Al2 O3并伴生少量 15R相。β Sialon的显微形貌特征随Z值变化明显 ,从低Z值的纤维状向板带状或长剑状过渡 ,直到高Z值的棱柱状。β Sialon的抗碱侵蚀能力在配方Z值为 1.5~ 2 .5时最佳 。
Sintering technique of β Sialon materials with different Z values prepared at 1500 ℃ by pressureless sintering with industrial silicon powder,alumina powder and aluminum powder in flowing nitrogen was studied.The actual Z values of β Sialon materials are near the Z values of formulation.Phase analysis of series of samples showed that a small amount of Al 2 O 3 and 15R polytypoid existed in the high Z value samples.SEM studies revealed that the microstructure feature of β Sialon materials changed obviously from fibre like of low Z value to hexagonalprism like of high Z value.Further investigation showed that β Sialon materials exhibited good alkali resistance when Z value ranged from 1.5 to 2.5 and good corrosion resistance to blast furnace slag in low Z value.
