摘要
研制的T-49固体磷酸催化剂骨架结构主要由Si_3(PO_4)_4、SiP_2O_7、BPO_4和无定型二氧化硅(SiO_2)组成,其中BPO_4具有稳定的骨架作用。测试表征结果表明,催化剂表面上的游离磷酸的数量和组成与催化剂酸强度分布有关。当制备的催化剂含有8%~15% H_3PO_4和2%~5%H_4P_2O_7时,具有一定数量的中、高强度酸中心,其丙烯齐聚催化活性高。T-49催化剂在兰州炼油化工总厂工业应用中,取得了良好的效果。
The framework structure of the solid phosphoric acid catalyst T-49 is comprised of Si3(PO4)4,SiP2O7, BPO4, and amorphous SiO2, of which BPO4 can stabilize the whole skeleton of the catalyst. The characterization results of T-49 catilyst indicate that the amount and composition of free phosphoric acid on the catalyst are mainly related with acid strength distribution of the catalyst. The prepared catalyst containing 8% - 15% H3PO4 and 2% -5% H4P2O7 has a certain quantity of middle to high strength acid sites and shows a high catalytive activity for oligomerization of propylene. The catalyst T - 49 has been put into industrial application in Lanzhou Petroleum Processing Chemical Coporation, which gained a great success.
