摘要
以VPO催化剂上丁烷选择氧化制顺酐为例 ,说明对于用可变价金属的复合氧化物作为催化剂、按氧化还原机理进行的一大类烃类选择氧化反应 ,采用将催化循环的不同步骤在时间或空间上分离实现的方法 ,有可能大幅度提高反应的选择性 ,既节约资源 ,又减少CO2 的排放。
Taking butane selective oxidation to maleic anhydride over a VPO catalyst as an example,it was illustrated that the reaction selectivity was possible to increase greatly through spatial or temporal separation of catalyst regeneration for a series of hydrocarbon selective oxidation reactions using the composite oxides of variable valency metals as catalyst based on the mechanism of oxidation-reduction,by which resources was saved and the discharge of carbon dioxide was reduced.
