生物膜法在涤纶生产废水预处理中的应用

Application of Bio-Film Processes to Treatment of Wastewater in Polyester Production

采用悬挂纤维型软性填料的淹没式A/O工艺对涤纶生产废水进行预处理。结果表明 ,该工艺具有处理废水浓度高 ,污泥生成量少 ,生物量不易流失 ,操作管理方便 ,运行费用低 。

The paper mainly concerns the pretreatment of wastewater in polyester production through aerobic/anaerobic processes with using suspend soft fiber material as packing.As the result shows,A/O processes is characterized by the following advantages:high consistency of the treated wastewater,a considerably reduced number of sludge,little possibitity of the loss of microorganism,easy in operation and control,low cost and steadiness and reliability in the quality of the wastewater after the pretreatment.
