摘要
在FMS刀具管理系统中 ,刀具分配与调度策略的优劣直径影响刀具的合理流动 ,影响系统加工效率 .提出了综合成组技术和虚拟刀具库思想的刀具分配策略 ,以减少系统的刀具数量 ,降低刀具在单元间运输的频率 .利用遗传算法 ,得出加工工件的零件族和对应的刀具集 ,并根据机床负荷进行优化 ,较好地解决FMS中刀具成组分配优化 .
In a tool management system for a FMS, the better or worse about tool allocation strategy influences the reasonableness of tool movements and the efficiency of manufacturing. A new tool allocation strategy integrating GT and virtual tool matrix strategy is put forward in order to reduce the quantity of tools in the system, to debase the frequency of tool transported between the cells. The genetic algorithms are used. A group of parts and the aggregate of corresponding tools are elicited, and optimized on the basis of the time of machine tools used. The problem about tool allocation optimizing is well solved in term of Genetic Algorithms.
