摘要
借助扫描电镜和透射电镜对洗净澳毛的表面微观结构进行研究 ,并通过对其鳞片细胞的红外吸收光谱图的化学结构分析 ,建立了比较完整的羊毛纤维表面微观物理结构和化学结构模型。经过变性处理后 ,羊毛纤维表面性状结构发生了预期变化 ,进一步证明了毛纱上浆率低的根本原因是表面疏水性物质的存在。
This paper studies the surface microstruture of scou red wool by mean s of scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope, thus es tablishes a relatively perfect physical and chemical structure pattern of wool s urface by analyzing the infrared absorption spectrogram of its scale cells. As n arrated in the paper , We have not only completely founded structure pattern of wool surface, but also discovered better-modified process, which points out the basic reason that the low sizing percentage and colourability of single yarn is due to the existence of surface hydrophobic substance.
