摘要
研究了黑曲霉液体培养生产植酸酶的发酵工艺 ,研究了培养基碳源、诱导物、表面活性剂等因素对产酶的影响 ,对发酵时间、pH变化规律等进行了研究和分析。
The processes of fermentation for producing Phytase were studied. These tests included compositions of culture medium,such as, C-re sources ,evocator ,external active reagent . The relationships of fermenting tim e and pH were studied and analysed.
