摘要
目的 :评价家庭病床晚期恶性肿瘤病人的经济效益。方法 :对1997年1月至2000年8月的家庭病床、一级医院和二级医院及老年护理医院住院病人8个晚期恶性肿瘤病种的平均住院日、人均费用和治疗费用进行分析。结论 :社区家庭病床经济、方便、公平性强 。
Objective: To evaluate economic benefits of the family sickbeds for patients with terminal malignant tumor. Method: The average hospitalization days, per capita medical expenses and medical treatment expenses of inpatients with eight terminal malignant tumors from family sickbeds, basic hospitals, secondary hospitals, and geriatric nursing hospitals from January of 1997 to August of 2000 were analyzed. Conclusion: Community family sickbed is worth further advocating and developing because of its economy, convenience and equity.
