The treatment of deformities secondary to nasal fractures with plastic operative methods

目的 总结治疗鼻骨骨折继发鼻畸形的经验 ,强调伤后早期对鼻骨骨折及时确诊与准确复位对预防鼻畸形发生的必要性及重要性 ,呼吁初诊医生要重视对鼻骨骨折的诊断与处理 ,防止漏诊 ,掌握正确的鼻骨复位技术。方法 手术凿开错位愈合的骨片 ,将鼻同骨复位 ,并对整个鼻支架塑形 ;对少数畸形较轻者行隆鼻术。结果 治疗2 6例 ,鼻畸形获得满意的矫正 ,鼻外形恢复良好。结论 鼻骨骨折继发鼻畸形多因伤后早期未获得及时有效的处理所致 ,经手术复位鼻骨及鼻部整形术 ,消除引起畸形的原因 ,可取得较满意的效果。

Objective To summarize the treatment experience of deformities secondary to nasal fractures, emphasize the importance and necessity of the accurate and immediate primary diagnosis and treatment of nasal fractures. Methods The open reduction of nasal bones and framework were performed in 22 cases, and the augmentation rhinoplasty in 4cases. Results The satisfactory correction of nasal deformities and normal nasal shape were obtained in all cases. Conclusion The secondary deformities of nasal fractures were caused by the inaccurate and delayed primary treatment, can be corrected by operative reduction of nasal bones and rhinoplasties with good results.
