摘要
以生长于土壤中易污染的马蹄莲小块茎为试材 ,对其降低污染措施进行研究 :接种前先用杀菌剂(代森锰锌 )对外植体进行预处理 ,后用不同种类、不同浓度的抗菌素处理 .结果表明 :用浓度为 3g/L的杀菌剂 ,进行 2 4h处理使污染率下降了 5 2 .97% ,接着采用正交实验 ,用 2 0 0mg/L氨苄西林钠、2 5 0mg/L硫酸链霉素、6 .2 5mg/L硫酸庆大霉素 ,进行 2 4h处理使污染率下降到 2 1.34 % 。
We study a method of elimimation of fungi and bacteria contamination in Zantedeschia aethipica rhizomes. The rhizomes are pretreated first by germicide (Dithane M-45) and then treated by different antibiotic treatments. The results indicate that contamination percent decreases to 52.97% by 24 hours treatment with 3 g/L germicide, and to 21.34% by 24 hours one with 200 mg/L Ampicillin+250 mg/L Streptomycin+6.25 mg/L. This method is effective.
