摘要
利用人工制备的菌剂在云南滇池进行了富营养化湖泊的净化实验 .按一定程序布撒菌剂 ,在 133d内 ,考察菌剂在自然水体中分布、存活动态变化情况及其对湖泊微生物类群和氮、磷、有机物质等化学指标的影响情况 .对该菌剂的作用效果进行了综合评价 。
Study on the recovery of eutrophic lakes is carried on in Dianchi lake by using a series of bacterial agents. During 133 days, the bacterial agents are bestrewed into the Lake, then the distribution and the fate of the bacteria in the agents are investigated, and the changes of bacteria group, total-P, total-N and chemical factor are measured. The function ofthe bacterial agents used in natural waters is estimated. Those results are very useful for microbial cleaning pollutant in natural waters.
