1.4%治腐星膏剂及单剂对苹果树腐烂病菌抑制作用研究

Research of the 1.4%Zhi Fu Xing ointment and its restraining function to Valsa mali

通过对 1 .4%治腐星膏剂及硫磺、硫酸铜单剂和对照为 5 %菌毒清水剂做抑制苹果腐烂病菌室内毒力测定 ,结果是 :Ec5 0分别为 :1 2 2 .0 95 6、2 87.7784、3 85 .0 1 42、1 8.5 5 4 1 μg/ml。 1 .4%治腐星膏剂共毒系数为 2 0 5 .40 95 ,增效倍数为 1 .0 5 1。表明硫磺和硫酸铜复配制剂对苹果腐烂病菌抑制作用明显提高 。

We have tested the indoor poison power of 1.4%Zhi Fu Xing ointment,sulphur,cupric sulphate and 5% Jung Du Qing liquid which control Valsa mali. The result of the test is that the Ec50 is 122.0956, 287.7784, 385.0142, 18.5541 μg/ml respectively. The coefficient of 1.4%Zhi Fu Xing ointment containing the power to kill bacteria is 205.4095,the increment mullipll of which is 1.051. It shows that sulphur and cupric sulphate can be used together,which has a better function to control Valsa mali.
