一次性微量血沉测定方法的建立

The determining method of micro-Erythocyte sedimentation rate at single time

目的 :建立一次性微量血沉测定方法。方法 :采用特制小血沉架 ,用微量吸管测定红细胞沉降率。结果 :与经典魏氏法比较 ,具有良好的相关性 r=0 .981 2 ,经统计学处理 P>0 .0 5 ,无显著性差异。结论 :ROC曲线表明临床准确性好。

Objective:To ditermin the method of Micro-Erythrocyte sedimentation Rate at a single time.Methods:Erythrocyte sedimentation Rate were determined by using little ESR shelf and Micro-straw.Restlts:It is significant corlation between ours and westrgrdns′method.The results was not significantly (P>0.05) in deeling statistrcs.Couclusion:The method is accurate,simple,and easy to be used in clinic .Roc curve showed that was accurate in clinic.
