Volleyball techniques and tactics are being constantly developed and promoted with the perpection of its regulations as well as amendents to them. This paper analyzes synthetically the major regulatious of the current three decades in the light of the confrontation and athletics, continuance and enjoyment of the game and its characteristics of sociability and commerce as well.
