This paper discussed the temperature and humidity's influence to the growth of Oudmanciella radicata. It proves that the fittest temperature for the growth of the hyphae and the fruit-body are 20∼25 °C and 22∼28 °C; the Fittest humidity is that the moisture of the substrate is 60%∼65% and air humidity is 70% ∼80%.
