人类巨细胞病毒感染一般呈不显性感染和潜伏感染 .机体免疫力下降常引起活动性感染 ,并可导致致命性疾病 .过去 2 0年由于器官移植 ,艾滋病等免疫缺陷患者的大量增加 .HCMV感染的诊断、防治引起医学科学工作者的广泛关注 .文中对HCMV病毒学、临床特征以及其诊断、治疗。

Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) spread efficiently in a normal immunocompetent population but cause little overt disease. HCMV infection often develop severe disease in the immunocompromised patient. Patients undergoing allograft transplantion and individuals with the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) have increased rapidly over the past two decades. Thus, HCMV infection has become prominent medical concerns. Here the virological and clinical features of HCMV together with diagnosis and treatment of HCMV, the development of HCMV vaccine were summarized.
