芪瑞扶正胶囊对放化疗白细胞减少小鼠骨髓造血功能的影响

Effect of Qi Rui Fu Zheng Capsule on Hematopoiesic Function of Leukopenic Mice Caused by Radiotherapy and Chemotheraqy

目的:探讨芪瑞扶正胶囊治疗放化疗白细胞减少的理论依据。方法:采用造血细胞培养和细胞凋亡原位末端标记技术,观察芪瑞扶正胶囊对放化疗白细胞减少小鼠骨髓造血功能的影响。结果:芪瑞扶正胶囊对放化疗小鼠外周血白细胞减少有提升作用,其疗效优于中药对照组(P<0.05);芪瑞扶正胶囊可以提高放化疗小鼠GM-CFU集落产率(P<0.01),并能减少骨髓造血细胞凋亡比率(P<0.01)。结论:通过抑制造血细胞的凋亡,改善骨髓造血环境,促进骨髓造血干/祖细胞增殖、分化而起治疗作用。

Objective: To explore into the theoretical basis of Qi Rui Fu Zheng Capsule(QRFZC) in treating leukopeia caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods: Applying the techniques of cell culture and apoptosis in situ endlabeling, studing the effect of QRFZC on hemato poiesis function of leukopenic mice caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Results: QRFZC has the function of raising the WBC of mice with radiotherapy and chemotherapy; The curative effect of QRFZC is better than the contrast group of Chinese medicinal herb(P<0.05); QRFZC can raise the colong forming rate of GM-CFU(P<0.01), decrease the apoptotic proportion of hemopoietic stemcell(P<0.01). Conclusion: QRFZC has the treatment effect be caused by that it can inhabit the apoptosis of hemopoietic stem cell, improve the hemopoietic microenviroment, advance hyperplasia become divided of hemopoietic stem cell.
