毛细管气相色谱法快速测定中成药橡胶膏剂中樟脑、薄荷脑、冰片含量

Quick Determination of Camphora , Mentholum, Borneolum in Traditional Chinese Rubber Electuary Medicine with Capillary Gas Chromatography

采用毛细管气相色谱法对中药橡胶膏剂中樟脑、薄菏脑和冰片的含量进行了快速分离测定 ,分析周期为 7min ;线性范围为 5 0～ 4 5 0mg /L ,各组分线性相关系数为 0 .9992～ 0 .9995 .本法处理样品简便 ,重现性好 .

The contents of camphora,mentholum and borneolum in 7 kinds of traditional Chinese rubber electuary medicines were quickly determined by capillary gas chromatography.The capillary column was PEG-20M(0.25 mmi.d.×28 m). The temperatures of the column and the detector were 132 ℃ and 160 ℃, respectively. H 2 was the carrier gas, 2.40 mL/min.The split ratio was 1∶18.Internal standard method was used for the quantitative estimation with naphthalene as the internal standard. The linear ranges were at least within 50～450 mg/L( R =0.999 2～0.999 5, n =4 ). The correction factors against naphthalene were 1.086～ 1.173 and the RSDs were 0.6%～ 1.3 %( n =12). The recoveries were 78.4%～101.3 %.The analytical period was only 7 min. The samples were pretreated by means of isothermal(35 ℃) water-bath extraction with waterless ethanol for 6 times with four hours each .
