中国林蛙变态期人工养殖条件的探索

Investigation of Artificial Conditions for Breeding Rana Chensinesis in Metamorphosis

以对中国林蛙变态期生理特点的研究为依据 ,人为设置各种生存环境 ,总结出人工养殖的适宜条件 :模拟野生环境 ,制造水陆过渡装置 ,如斜面、浅滩、悬浮物、水面突出物等 .结果表明 :变态期的蝌蚪呼吸系统正处于鳃、肺替换状态 ,极易溺水而死 ;水陆过渡装置便于其适应调整生理变化的过程 。

Based on the research of physiological characters of Rana chensinensis in the metamorphosis,various existing surroundings were set up,in order to form appropriate artificial breeding conditions: imitating wild environments, providing land and water transitional plant, such as slope ,shallow beach ,substances floating on the surface ,substances striking out ,ect.It shows that tadpoles in metamorphosis is in the transition from branchia to lung and they are most likely to be drowned to death. Transitional equipments between land and water can help them to adjust process of physiological changes,and dramatically enhance the survival rate.
