摘要
用强电场脉冲处理动物细胞后 ,可使小分子物质台盼蓝进入细胞内 ,通过扫描电镜观察到细胞膜上有电致孔洞 ,证实强电场脉冲能引起电穿孔 ,穿孔率较高 ,穿孔直径在 0 0 5~ 1 5 μm ,经研究作者得到了较佳的实验条件 ,并得到了形态学证据 .
The authors find that after treated by the pulse electromagnetic field of high instensity (HEMPF),small molecule ,such as Trypan can go into the cells In addition,many pores can be observed on the cell membrane by SEM (scanning electron microscope) These prove that HEMPF can induce electroporation,and the electroporation rate is higher,the diameter of these pores are 0 05~1 5μm At the same time,the authors find the better work conditions and get the proof of morphology The mechanism of electroporation has been analysed preliminarily
