浅议西北地区历史文化名城保护规划

Probe into the protection of historical and cultural cities in the Northwestern Region

随着经济全球化 ,党中央提出了实施西部地区大开发的战略方针 .然而 ,面对近几年触目惊心的“建设性”破坏 ,历史文化名城保护形势严峻 .如何看待历史文化名城 ,如何处理开发与保护 ,如何既保护古城风貌延续历史文脉 ,又拓展功能、增强名城活力等问题值得关注 .对西部大开发影响下的西北地区历史文化名城保护进行了分析 ,并就存在的问题提出了几点建议 .

Government propose that the Western Region should be deveolped,with the economy has done with world trends.However,confrontion with the construction destruction in recent years,the situation of the protection of historical and cultural cities is serious.It deserves paying close attention to the problems that how to look at the historical and cultural cities,how to deal with the development and protection,how to both protect cities' style and feature to continue history cultural heritage and expand cities' function to perfect vitality.The Northwestern Region historical and cultural cities' protection under the incidence of the Western great exploitation is analyzed,and some suggestions on above problems are proposed.
