摘要
介绍用正交试验法 ,探索了用钛白副产物 Fe SO4· 7H2 O为原料 ,以 Na Cl O3为氧化剂 ,制备 PFS。其工艺条件为 :Fe SO4· 7H2 O∶ H2 SO4(98% )∶ Na Cl O3=16∶ 1.5∶ 1.5 ,40~ 5 0℃下常压反应 1h。用一次性投加固体物料与分批投加固体物料所制得的 PFS做絮凝试验 ,对比发现 ,分批投加固体物料所得的 PFS。
Use orthogonal method, the technological conditions of ferric sulfate polychlorid with NaClO 3 oxidation using FeSO 4·7H 2O as the raw material were obtained. The conditions were: molar ratio of FeSO 4·7H 2O, H 2SO 4 and NaClO 3 was 16∶1.5∶1.5, the reaction temperature was 40~50 ℃,and the time was 1 h at normal pressure.
