城市规划工作中存在着重视微观评价而轻视宏观评价 ,导致建设过程中出现盲目建设、重复建设、破坏环境等问题 ,西部大开发城市规划应以政策为导向 ,保持西部城市的各自风貌 ,以宏观评价为主导的原则进行 .

There is the problem of neglecting macro-evaluation instead of focusing on macro-evaluation in the work of city planning.It leads to a series of problems,such as blind construction,repeat construction,environmental destruction and so on.Therefore,the correct way of city planning in the Western great exploitation is in accordance with the policies,keeping the Western cities' individual characteristics and insisting on the leading principle of macro-evaluation.
