摘要 以轻稀土混合物为原料合成的PVC多功能热稳定剂与传统的热稳定剂相比具有无毒、无放射性危害、高效、多功能、环保等优点 ,其效能价格比优于现有的稳定剂。文中探讨稀土多功能稳定剂对PVC的热稳定作用机理 ,并介绍稀土稳定剂对PVC的偶联、增容、增韧、促进塑化等作用及REC系列稳定剂的技术性能、在PVC型材生产加工中的应用效果和经济分析。 The synthetic PVC multifunction thermal stabilizer taking light rare earth mixture as raw material has many advantages, such as nonpoisonous, radiation-free harm, high efficiency and multifunction as well as environment protection in comparison with traditional thermal stabilizers. Its efficiency/price ratio is better than existing stabilizer. This paper probes into the thermal stable action mechanism of the rare earth multifunction to PVC, and introduces actions of bonding, extension, toughening, accelerating plastification of rare earth stabilizer to PVC. It also introduces technical properties of REC series stabilizer, application result and economic analysis in PVC profile materials production and processing.
