摘要
介绍了多种掺杂LiNbO3晶体的实验研究.用提拉法生长了掺杂LiNbO3晶体,测定了压电性能和非线性光学性能,并测定了某些杂质在LiNbO3 晶体中的分凝系数和在表面浓集情况.结果表明,向LiNbO3晶体中掺入 Cr,可一定程度地改善其压电性能;掺入 Eu、Ce可较大程度地改善其非线性光学性能;Er在Er: LiNbO3晶体表面严重富集.这对进一步开展掺杂LiNbO3晶体的应用研究具有重要意义.
The experimental studies of various doped - LiNbO3 crystals were reported. Doped LiNbO3 crystals were grown by czochroski method and the piezoelectrical property, nonlinear optical property, and also content distribution coefficient and surface relative quantity of doped agents were measured. The results indicated that piezoelectrical property could be improved efficiently by doping of Cr and nonlinear optical property could be improved greatly by doping of Eu. Ce, et al. Er is accumulated in great extent in the surface of Er-doped LiNbO3 crystals. These results had great significant for the development and application of doped LiNbO3 crystals.
