摘要
从头序甘草根瘤中分离到根瘤菌7株,经进一步分离纯化后,进行了革兰氏染色、光镜和电镜观察、甘草回接实验、生理生化测定、代时测定、大豆交叉感染实验,证明所分离的7个菌株均为头序甘草根瘤菌,并且是能使大豆结瘤的快生型根瘤菌。RAPDS分析证实头序甘草根瘤菌与大豆根瘤菌亲缘关系较近。
Seven strains were isolated from nodules of Glycirrhiza pallidiflora. After further purification, some experiments observations, test of inoculation back to Glycirrhiza paalidiflora, analysis of physiological and biochemical characteristics, detection of generation time and cross - infected test on soybean, had been done. These experiments showed that all of seven strains are rhizobum of Glycirrhiza pallidiflora, furthermore bellong to fast - between nodules of Glycirrhiza pallidiflora and nodules of soybean.
