摘要
将投入产出模型与灰色理论结合起来 ,建立了以灰色预测为基础的环境污染监控系统 .利用这一投入产出模型 。
The monitoring system of enviornmental pullution was set up based on grey forcasting by combination of input producing model with grey theory.The paper studied how the production was planned and developed through the model according to the total control of pullutents.
