本文论述了锆基陶瓷色料的制备工艺过程 ,矿化剂的作用机理以及着色离子在ZrSiO4晶体结构中的价态、取位 ,为获得性能稳定。

In this paper,we have discussed the manufacturing processes of three colors of zirconium-based ceramic pigments,mechanism of mineralizers and the valent states of colorific ions,such as V +4 ,and their replacement sites in the crystal structure of zircon,in order to provide theoretical guide for getting zirconium based pigments which have stable property and good color.
