摘要
目的 探索心梗患者左室局域心肌的应变率 (SR)特点及其评价局域心肌功能的可能性。方法 对 15例心肌梗塞病人 (MI组 )和 2 0例正常人 (对照组 )的左室心肌进行应变率成像 (SRI)。并测量收缩期、等容舒张期、和心房收缩期局部心肌沿长轴的应变率SRs、SRir和SRac。结果 MI病人局域心肌SRI图出现严重紊乱。SRir异常的节段 (12 1/ 2 70 )显著多于SRs异常的节段 (99/ 2 70 )和SRac异常的节段 (2 2 / 2 70 ) ,两两比较P <0 .0 0 5。结论 ①心肌缺血梗死导致局域心肌沿长轴方向的SR显著异常 ,其中以SRir异常最突出 ;②心肌SR可直观反映心肌的力学特征 。
Objective To evaluate the left ventricular regional myocardial strain rate (SR) in patients with myocardial infarction(MI), and to study the possibility of SR in evaluating regional function. Methods 15 patients with MI(MI group) and 20 normal subjects(NOR group) underwent strain rate imaging (SRI) study to the segment of left ventricle, and regional mean systolic phase strain rate (SRs), isovolumic relaxation phase strain rate (SRir), and atrial systolic phase strain rate (SRac) were calculated. Results SRI were obviously irregular in patients within MI. Within MI patients, abnormal SRir(121/270) appeared in more myocardial segments then SRs(99/270) and SRac(22/270), P <0.005. Conclusion ①Regional infarction lead to significant regional abnormal SR, especially. ② Regional SRI can reflect myocardial systolic and diastolic abnormal directly, and can be a quantitative index in lift ventricular.
