摘要
目的 探讨超声检查在急性消化道出血时病因诊断中的作用。方法 使用二维超声和彩色多普勒超声对76例急诊消化道出血患者作超声检查 ,寻找出血原因。结果 超声检出阳性结果 5 5例 ,超声检出率为 72 .4%。结论 超声对于胃肠癌瘤有良好的发现效果 ,能发现造成出血的较大溃疡。彩色超声多普勒能显示较轻微的静脉曲张。超声对于一般性消化道溃疡。
Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasonography on etiologic diagnosis of digestive tract bleeding. Methods 76 patients with digestive tract bleeding in emergency were examined by 2D ultrasonography and color Doppler image to find the bleeding causes. Results The bleeding causes were found in 55 patients. The positive founding incidence by ultrasonography was 72.4 %. Conclusion Ultrasonography examination is a sensitive noninvasive procedure to find gastrointestinal tumor, which can also find massive ulcer resulting in bleeding. Tiny varicosity in above area could be found by color Doppler ultrasonograpphy. However, it is comparatively insensitive to detect the small digestive ulcer by ultrasonography.
