原位SrO·6Al_2O_3/Ce-TZP复合材料的显微结构与力学性能

摘要 通过在Ce-TZP基体中加入AlOOH和SrCO3 制备了原位SrO·6Al2 O3 棒晶 /Ce -TZP复合材料 ,研究了材料的显微结构和力学性能。结果表明 ,原位生成的SrO·6Al2 O3 棒晶在基体中分布均匀 ,复合材料的力学性能有明显的提高。在相当于Al2 O3 加入量为 3 0vo1 %时 ,强韧化效果最好。 In situ SrO·6Al\-2O\-3 rod-like grain/Ce-TZP composites were prepared by additions of AlOOH and SrCO\-3 to the Ce-TZP matrix.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were studied.The results indicated that the in situ SrO·6Al\-2O\-3 rod-like grains were well distributed in the matrix and the mechanical properties of the composites were improved by the introduction of in situ SrO·6Al\-2O\-3 rod-like grains.The best reinforcement effect was achieved at the amount of 30vol% Al\-2O\-3. The tetragonal to monoclinic phase transformation toughening co-operated with the in situ rod-like grain reinforcement in the composites.
