摘要
本文采用常规的电子陶瓷粉末合成工艺制备了钛酸镁粉末 ,研究了原材料纯度、合成保温时间对产品电性能的影响。XRD分析表明主晶相是MgTiO3 ,还有少量的MgTi2 O5等物质。性能测量结果表明 。
The technology of general synthesizing electric ceramic powder is used to make magnesium titanate powder.The influenece of purity of resources and time of keeping temperature on the electric properties of samples is studied.It is indicated that the main crystal phase is MgTiO\-3 through XRD analysis.Meanwhile,there are low does MgTi\-2O\-5 et.al.The results of properties test proves that the properties of microwave dielectric resonators made by the powder are good.
