多普勒能量显像在肝脏肿瘤血流检测中的方法学探讨

The Methodology Discuss of Doppler Power Imaging in Detection Blood Flow within Liver Tumor

目的 比较多普勒能量显像 (Dopplerpowerimaging ;DPI)与CDFI对 2 2 3例肝脏肿瘤内部血流的检出率。方法 将DPI对肝癌癌块内血流图进行 0～ 3级分级评定 ,对肝血管瘤内血流采用半定量方法进行象限记分。结果 DPI与CDFI对肝癌病灶内血流检出率分别是 86 .1%与 42 .8% ,对肝血管瘤内血流检出率分别是 84.3% ,2 4.3% ,二者有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 DPI在检测肝脏常见肿瘤内血供方面较CDFI敏感性高。

Purpose To compare the sensitivity of Doppler power imaging and color Doppler flow imaging in detecting the blood flow within liver tumors. Methods The distributings in the hepatic carcinoma was described as four grades(0～3), while that of hepatic hemangioma was quantified according to color quadrants. Results The sensitivity by DPI was 86.1% vs 42.8% by CDFI within hepatic carcinoma, however there was 84.3% vs 24.3% within hepatic hemangioma, respectively. Conclusion DPI was superiority to CDFI in detecting blood flower within hepatic tumor. The methodology was discussed detailedly in the article.
