磁共振仿真内镜对脑动脉瘤的研究

摘要 目的 探讨脑动脉瘤在MR仿真内镜中的表现形式及其诊断与临床应用价值。方法 收集经DSA证实的脑动脉瘤患者 5 6例 ;分别行TOF法及PC法的MRA成像 ,经工作站内镜软件包处理后 ,由 3名医师分别观察总结共同点。结果 依据动脉瘤的内镜表现形式 ,可分为四种 :①瘤腔呈蜂窝状结构 ,间隔壁厚薄不均 ,腔内有附壁血栓形成。②瘤腔内四周壁上有弧形管腔前后相通 ,瘤体中心只有狭小管腔。③瘤腔中心有多条管腔 ,瘤壁较厚。④瘤腔呈蜗牛壳状螺旋结构 ,自两端向中心螺旋。壁不厚。结论 动脉瘤腔的内镜形态对判断动脉瘤的预后有重要价值。 Objective To probe into the value of diagnosis and examination of intracranial aneurysm of MR virtual endoscopy. Methods Fifty six MR virtual endoscopy were performed using navigator softwareon the workstation based on 3D source image data sets (TOF or PC 45/60) of MR angiography (MRA). Three doctors analysis these MR virtual endoscpe images obtained by superior treated solely and write the report, and summarize these reports and write the common ground, then contrast to the pathology. Results It is four kinds according as the shapes of innar cavity of aneurysm of MR VE:①honeycomb frame, there are honeycomb structures in the intracranial aneurysm, and thickness of interval wall is not uniform.②There are only lumen on the around wall, and the central is strait.③There are multi lumen in the central and ruffles on the around wall. The edge of aneurysm is blurred.④The lumen is helicoids structure. Conclusion It is good valuable of diagnosis and after heal of brain aneurysm of MRI virtual endoscopy.
