超声心动图在二尖瓣球囊扩张术应用的研究

The Research on Application of Echocardiography in Percutaneous Ballon Catheter Mitral Commissurotomy (PBMC)

目的 探讨超声心动图在二尖瓣球囊扩张术中监护及术前、术中、术后的实际操作方法和应用价值。方法 选择了 2 5 0例风心病二尖瓣狭窄的患者在球囊扩张术时进行超声心动图检查。结果 二尖瓣球囊扩张术后 ,患者的超声心动图检查结果均有不同程度的改善。经超声心动图随访检查 ,术后二尖瓣再狭窄的发病率为 2 .8% ;术后并发症的发病率为 0 .8%。结论 应用超声心动图可监视、选择、评价 ,随访行二尖瓣球囊扩张术的患者 ,部分取代X线透视检查 。

Objective To discuss the protection of echocardiography in PBMC as well as its operation method and application value before,during and after operation.Methods We analysed the echocardiography reports of 250 patients with simple mitral stenosis during PBMC.Results Through PBMC,the patients situation improves in different degrees.According to our statistics,second illness attack rate of mitral once more stenosis is 2.8% while the rate of complication 0.8%.Conclusion Echocardiography could be used to examine choose,evaluate and follow up the patients who have PBMC,and therefore could partly replace X ray in order to prevent the harm of radiation from patients.
